The Union of Postal Communications Employees is pleased to offer again this year the scholarship program for UPCE members and their children. This is in addition to any existing Public Service Alliance of Canada scholarships that may be available.
Illunnata campaign shines light on food insecurity in the North
PSAC members and their communities are invited to show Canadians what northern food insecurity looks like by taking part in PSAC’s new campaign, Illunnata, which means “all of us” in Inuktitut. Because all of us deserve food security.
You are invited to count yourself in and fill out the Joint Equity Census Survey to help us create a more diverse and equitable workplace. With only five questions, it takes just a few minutes to complete.
The application process for the 2022 PSAC Scholarship Program is now open.
The program consists of 19 scholarships, including:
Fourteen scholarships for dependent children of PSAC members who will be attending full-time studies at a recognized post-secondary institution in the fall of 2022;
Once again a spotlight has been put on systemic anti-Black racism in the justice system – one that has oppressed Black, racialized, and Indigenous people for centuries.
We invite you to fill out the Equity Census and support our journey to create a workforce that reflects Canada’s diversity. Your participation can help us better serve our customers and communities, and ensure we remain an employer of choice. Most importantly, it can help us build a work environment where everyone feels welcome and valued.
We strongly encourage members of the UPCE to complete the survey. We believe this survey to be an important tool to increase visibility on workplace issues. The current response rate suggests that many of you haven't yet taken the opportunity to provide your feedback.
